Staffing.

The nationwide employee shortage has come to be known as “The Great Resignation” and has many imagining people sitting on their couches collecting unemployment checks.

And while this is true in some cases, it’s not the whole picture. It’s actually a lot more complex, centering around things like “supply & demand” and a dramatic change in what people are willing to accept.
