Only 3 ways

After speaking to hundreds of proprietors across the country and asking them how they grew their centers, it seems to all boil down to 3 ways.

Maybe you know of  a fourth (if you have I would love to hear about it), but I’ve only been able to find three. Here they are:

  1. Increase your average ticket

This could be raising prices. It could be adding another product line. Or my favorite, packaging multiple product lines into an offer that gives your customers the full experience of your center.

  1. Increase your average frequency

Can you guess how many times the average customer visits your center each year? Believe it or not when we look at the numbers it’s about 1.5 to 2 times per year depending on the center.

Imagine what an extra 1 or 2 visits per year from 20% of your customers would do for business?

  1. Increase new customers coming in

This is usually the first one that comes to mind, often because it’s the largest market segment.
